Beacon Broadcasting is a local company focused on serving the local communities.  We want people that want to help the businesses of the Arkansas Valley grow and succeed.  To do so, we want to make sure we give you the tools to be the best you can be.  All new marketing consultants are trained in the Larry E. Bauer Broadcast Sales System by Larry Bauer.  We also provide continual on-the-job training to better your skills.   So, here's what you will be doing:

-Interacting with the area's business community (You will have a set list of clients)
-Prospecting and relationship building

-Setting face to face appointments

-Determine how we can be help each client

-Develop marketing campaigns that provide growth opportunities for each individual client
-Other duties as assigned

 

This is a commission-based position.  Therefore, there is NO LIMIT on your income potential.  We do provide a draw on a commission while you go through training and grow your list.
